As a Wedding Planning & Decor Coordinator, you will get the chance to work closely with our expert team on real-time projects and learn the nuances of wedding planning and decor execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and decor setups.

Support the decor team in conceptualizing and implementing theme-based designs.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the operations team to meet client requirements.

Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event-related logistics.

Design promotional materials and social media content using Canva.

Participate in on-ground event execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting.

Provide administrative and creative support to the wedding planning team.

What We're Looking For :

Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

A proactive, creative mindset and willingness to learn.
