What will your essential responsibilities include

• Be an expert and manage Business Intelligence (BI) & Reporting BAU (Business As Usual) operations and effective stakeholder management.
• Manage BI & Reporting products and provide training to users for self-service reporting.
• Oversee IDA BI & Reporting in various strategic initiatives as they arise, enabling the development of the function and related capabilities.
• Supervise the design, production, and changes to BI reporting.
• Contribute to best practices and standards to ensure a consistent approach to BI reporting.
• Raise data gaps to the IDA Data Quality team to ensure accurate data flow in the Data Architecture.
• Partner with key areas within IDA, GT, and across business stakeholders to address any BI requirements.
• Instill a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for business stakeholders above all.
• Understand AI concepts, with a preference for those familiar with its applications in BI.
