Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, engaging content for inclusion-related workshops & presentations.

Write original, expert-level articles on inclusion and workplace dynamics, that connect with a broad audience.

Provide fresh content ideas / themes for potential articles.

Conduct research and assist in writing research papers in partnership with other internal teams.

Manage communication responsibilities as needed within the PMO.

Contribute to additional content needs and tasks as required.

Qualifications

Good written and verbal communication skills

Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling

Strong command of grammar and attention to detail

Deep interest in current affairs and social issues like gender equality, stereotyping, fair treatment, along with a strong desire to learn more

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills

Experience in content writing, editing, or journalism

A good understanding of SEO best practices
