Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans (e.g., chemotherapy, transfusions).
• Provide patient education and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal care.
• Participate in research and stay updated on advancements in hematology.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
