Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across the IT, BPO, and other emerging sectors
- Assist in outreach strategy execution : email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calls
- Support creation of pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up materials
- Analyze lead-generation metrics and recommend improvements for conversion rates
- Maintain CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline accurately
- Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to align growth initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
