This role is for Cloud Services team who is responsible for deploying infrastructure platform in public, private, and hybrid Clouds. The Cloud Services team responsibilities include architecting, maintaining and supporting all new data center deployments, as well as maintaining the software versions of Kubernetes and Rancher. Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
- You’ll support and maintain private and public cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, and other IAAS platforms.
- Maintain and support all platform deployment software, including K8, Rancher, OKE, GKE, IKS and EKS.
- You’ll be responsible to develop and maintain automation via Terraform, GO, Python, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Deploy data center environments on both bare metal and virtual instances.
- Provide help with architectural design for Capacity and Performance Management, Data Center Rollouts and Consolidation.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, normally receiving minimal instruction on day-to-work activities.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires thorough evaluation.
- Assess and communicate risks based on complexity, resource, and timeline constraints. Experience we look for :
- Strong Knowledge with 8-11 years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform and Jenkins
- Work with Change & Incident Management Tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for interaction with a global team.
- Prior experience deploying in AWS, Google, and Oracle as well as private cloud providers
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Use skills and experience to identify and resolve a wide range of issues in practical and imaginative ways.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams and influence the outcome.
- Should be comfortable working in 24
- 5 support shifts - 6.30AM, 3PM & 10.30 PM shifts – rotation happens once in every 2 months Good to have :
- Experience in GO, Python is preferred.
- Certification in Kubernetes (CKA) is preferred.
- ITIL, MCSE, AWS, GCP and OCI Certifications are added advantage. ("Infrastructure as Code" OR "IaC") AND terraform AND kubernetes
