About the Role
As Clinical Team Leader, you will play a pivotal leadership role in our youth mental health services.
You will :
- Provide leadership and supervision for a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
- Oversee quality of care and service delivery across therapeutic programs
- Champion evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical practice
- Support ongoing staff development, training, and performance reviews
- Coordinate daily operations, triage referrals, and manage resource allocation
- Contribute to individual and group therapy sessions where appropriate
- Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
About You
You are an experienced, collaborative clinician ready to lead. You bring :
A qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work, with current registration with AHPRA or Mental Health Accreditation with the AASWAt least 2 years of clinical leadership experience, within mental health settingsStrong leadership skills and a passion for team developmentProven capacity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic careHigh emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilienceA commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed practicesExperience working with young people and familiesA valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain oneWhat We Offer
