Job Title : Temenos T24 Business Analyst

Experience : - 6+ Years

Location : - Dubai / India (Hybrid or Remote options available)

NP : - Immediate - 30 Days Only

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of T24 solutions.
• Conduct detailed business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional specifications documentation for various T24 modules.
• Participate in end-to-end T24 implementations, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment phases.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, validating results, and managing defect resolution.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as per business expectations.
• Provide functional expertise across core T24 modules such as Core Banking, Loans, Deposits, Funds Transfer, Payments, and Trade Finance.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions for new functionalities and system changes.
• Ensure that all deliverables comply with internal quality standards and project governance frameworks.
