Job Title : Temenos T24 Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of T24 solutions.
- Conduct detailed business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional specifications documentation for various T24 modules.
- Participate in end-to-end T24 implementations, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment phases.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, validating results, and managing defect resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as per business expectations.
- Provide functional expertise across core T24 modules such as Core Banking, Loans, Deposits, Funds Transfer, Payments, and Trade Finance.
- Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions for new functionalities and system changes.
- Ensure that all deliverables comply with internal quality standards and project governance frameworks.
Required Skills :
6+ years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional / Business Analyst.Hands-on exposure to multiple T24 modules (Core, AA, Funds Transfer, Payments, Trade Finance, etc.).Strong understanding of T24 lifecycle, including parameterization, versioning, and local development.Experience with TCIB / IRIS / TAP / Temenos Transact preferred.Solid knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.Proven track record in requirement elicitation, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.Experience in SQL and data mapping for report validation will be an advantage.(ref : hirist.tech)
