Position Overview

This is an Sr. Lead Mechanical Engineer will manage and complete task work for various engineering disciplines as well as manage and develop automated workflows utilizing Smartsheet. As a Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the onsite engineering teams with the completion of engineering and quality related tasks. You will follow best practices and Engineering Standards to complete engineering and quality tasks. In this role, you will further develop technical subject-matter expertise while contributing significantly to MMM’s growth and innovation.

Mandatory Skills :

• 5+ years’ experience in developing validation documentation as required (e.g. plans, protocols, reports, procedures) to validate equipment, facility, products, and support supplier validations as needed.
• 5+ years & Expertise in Minitab & ERP systems.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in using statistical tools to analyse data, make recommendations and improve process capability
• Capability analysis
• Planned scrap management and scrap monitoring
• Monthly reporting data processing
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
