Job Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Python Web Developer to join our Customer Active Response Team (CART). This team is the frontline for addressing and resolving customer-reported issues. You will be responsible for analyzing, debugging, optimizing, and delivering quick, effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to customer experience. This is a shift-based role requiring availability for round-the-clock support.

Responsibilities :

Analyze and debug customer-reported issues in real-time.

Develop and deploy quick fixes or workarounds to minimize customer impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and long-term solutions.

Write clean, efficient Python code to support bug fixes and enhancements.

Optimize performance of existing code and services for faster resolution and better scalability.

Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes.

Participate in a rotating shift schedule to ensure 24 / 7 coverage.

Requirements :

Strong proficiency in Python with experience in debugging and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Hands-on experience in Team handling.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, and log analysis.

Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick, reliable fixes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in customer support engineering or incident response roles.

Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.

Work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment and comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
