• The Senior Engineer will play a key role in the build, test and deployment of existing and / or new functionalities of Maestro solution in accordance with business requirements.
• Experience with atleast one or more Kinaxis applications (i.e. Demand, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP applications etc.)
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through enhancement of existing / standard Maestro solution.
• Assist with resolving application / systems issues as part of CoE Technical Support team. On-call support required for P1 / P2 issues.
• Coordinate with other support teams i.e. integration, SAP ECC, SAP HANA / ADF teams for any integration related issues, as required.
• Design and build creative technical solutions aligned with global standard template / Industry Best Practices.
• Ensure quality deployment of Maestro functionality into all environment following proper release management protocol / standards.
• Participate in a regular status meeting and provide clear and concise updates on all assigned projects.
• Support during System upgrades and on-going maintenance as required.
• 3-6 Years direct experience in Kinaxis either part of a Supply Chain implementation project or as part of a support project with hands on configuration (Maestro),authoring, data integration, data administration and / or system administration. Overall IT experience 6-8 years.
• Knowledge of Java Scripting would be plus.
• Prior Supply Chain domain experience or knowledge would be plus.
• Bachelor's in engineering or computer science preferred.
