Assistant Manager – Knowledge Management & LMS

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Knowledge Management & LMS to support the design, implementation, and management of knowledge systems and digital learning platforms for our CX division. This role will be central to maintaining a robust knowledge repository, ensuring timely dissemination of updates, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to enable effective training delivery across Travel Industry customer experience programs.

The Assistant Manager – Knowledge Management & LMS will collaborate with training leads, content developers, and technology teams to ensure process knowledge is accessible, accurate, and effectively leveraged for employee learning. This position requires strong expertise in knowledge management, LMS administration, content governance, and digital learning solutions .

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and administer centralized knowledge repositories to ensure up-to-date, accurate, and compliant information is available to CX teams
  • Partner with Training Leads & Managers to capture, document, and publish updates related to Travel industry processes, regulatory changes, and product rollouts
  • Standardize documentation formats, ensuring clarity and ease of access across learning platform
  • Drive knowledge audits to identify gaps, redundancies, or outdated content on LMS
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Manage day-to-day LMS operations (user creation, course assignments, learning paths, tracking, and reporting)
  • Support training teams in the deployment of e-learning modules, assessments, and knowledge testing programs through LMS
  • Monitor LMS performance, liaise with tech team to resolve technical issues
  • Generate and share periodic reports on training compliance, completion rates, and learner progress
  • Content Development & Digital Learning

  • Assist in the design and deployment of microlearning, simulation-based, and gamified content for CX teams
  • Partner with trainers and content developers to ensure content is aligned with learner needs and business objectives
  • Support adaptive learning paths and self-paced e-learning modules within the LMS
  • Governance & Compliance

  • Support audit readiness through accurate documentation, version control, and learning compliance tracking
  • Maintain SLAs for publishing updates, resolving LMS issues, and learner support
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with training, operations, and technology teams to ensure smooth integration of knowledge and LMS with business processes
  • Provide periodic dashboards and insights to stakeholders on training and knowledge utilization
  • Act as a bridge between training delivery and knowledge systems, ensuring alignment and operational impact
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

    Must-Have

  • 2–3 years of experience in knowledge management and LMS administration within BPO CX operations
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platform (Moodle ~ Mandatory)
  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps)
  • Strong documentation, version control, and content publishing skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Good understanding of airline / travel industry workflows

  • Location : Sector 142, Noida | Full-time, on-site
  • Reporting To : AVP – Training (CX)
  • Travel : Limited (as per project needs, multi-site support if required)
  • Working Days : 5 days / week
