Middleware Support Engineer

JD for Middleware Support Engineer - 2 or 4 years of experience.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented Middleware Administrator to join our [IT / Operations] team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of middleware technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and contribute in a dynamic environment.

Flexible to work in shifts & be on-call support.

Skill Set :

• Knowledge in Operating system – Linux and Windows.
• Should know Linux basic commands.
• Understanding of how Apache web server works and its configuration files.
• Knowledge of how SSL works, creation of CSR, Key files, SSL renewals.
• Knowledge in Mssql – Backup, restore, script execution.
• Understanding of how wildly works and its directory structure.
• Good Knowledge in IIS server - Application pool, sites, Bindings.
• Good knowledge in Middleware Components (Tomcat / Jboss / Apache / / IIS / wildfly).
• Understanding of ITIL process.
• Ticketing tools like - Service Now (Preferred).
• Knowledge in Monitoring tools like Logicmonitor. Etc
• Knowledge on Windows / Linux Patching.
• Basic knowledge in shell / bash or PowerShell scripting.
• Basic knowledge in Jenkins
