Customer Support Agent – Hotel Operations

About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist guests for our US-based hotel operations . The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills , a polite and professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in hotel or reservations support is a strong advantage.
You’ll serve as the first point of contact for guests — handling reservations, inquiries, and service requests with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage hotel reservations , modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, room availability, rates, and promotions.
- Resolve guest issues or escalate them to the appropriate team to ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal hotel teams (front desk, housekeeping, reservations) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Work collaboratively with a global support team and adhere to rotational shifts aligned with US time zones .
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.Prior experience in hotel or hospitality customer service is a strong plus.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset .Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Comfortable working in rotational shifts (Morning / Mid / Night as per US hours).Immediate joiner – available to start right away.Good to Have
Experience with hotel booking systems or CRM platforms (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).Prior experience supporting US-based customers .Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
