- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or US voice process
- Excellent verbal communication in English with a neutral or US accent
- Strong sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction and closing deals

- Target-oriented and capable of handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)
