US IT Recruiter

Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)

Salary Range : ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that requires strong expertise in the US IT recruitment process, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates—especially with TCS . You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Build strong pipelines of IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.

Handle job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.

Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.

Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (MUST).

Strong familiarity with hiring for TCS Implementation .

In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection .

Must be comfortable working on Zoom video throughout working hours.

Work Environment

Fully remote (work from home).

Collaborative team culture with daily video check-ins.
