JOB DESCRIPTION : Operations
Finance Controllership
- Lead a team of graduates for accounting and finance controllership of allotted clients
- Be responsible for accounting up to finalization as per different Accounting Standards, Schedule III, Income tax etc.
- Review client's accounting and identify gaps and provide resolutions
- Ensure timely MIS, payment of taxes and other compliances
Audit support
Execution of audit support engagements.Assist client in preparing schedules and working papers for auditorsAssist client in preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III of the companies actLiaise with the auditors (Big 4) on day-to-day basis till the closure of auditHealth check / Clean up of books
Assist seniors in doing a health check of the accounting data and compliances of the client.Provide resolutions for the issues identified.Support in the finance transformation strategy of the clientDrafting final report for clientGeneral
Handle execution responsibilities of allotted client independentlyIdentify operational issues and take necessary actionEnsure minimal escalations from clientLiaison with other operation teams for carrying out day to day to activitiesEnsure timely billable and collectionsCore Competencies :

Thorough in accounting standards, schedule III of companies act, financial statements, etc.Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years' post qualification experience / ACCA (having Articleship experience) with 1-3 years' work experienceShould have basic knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes, Companies Act and transfer pricingShould have good excel and presentation skillsExcellent communication skills – Should be able to liaise with clientShould take ownership of his / her work and initiate required activities to get the resultsProblem solving attitudeWork closely with the client and handle a team of accountants.Hiring Process :
