Job description6+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics. Strong Loans / Retail Banking domain knowledge . Hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging). Solid understanding of Reporting concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar). Knowledge of Datawarehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact / dimension tables, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working directly with BFSI clients. Exposure to advanced analytics, visualization, or automation tools. Work directly with a top BFSI client in a high-impact, visible role. Opportunity to own data insights end-to-end , from analysis to presentation. About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Data Analyst to work with one of the leading BFSI players . The ideal candidate brings strong Loans / Retail Banking domain expertise along with hands-on skills in SQL, Reporting, and Datawarehousing concepts . This is a client-facing role where you will drive insights that shape key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze loan and retail banking data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
- Develop and maintain reports & dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Apply datawarehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
- Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.
