Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 positions.

Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn and other platforms.

Apply strong technical understanding to identify relevant resume keywords and match candidates to job roles.

Create and optimize Boolean search strings to target the right talent.

Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and submission targets.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills :

2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Hands-on experience with W2 hiring and working with USC / GC candidates.

Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.

Strong understanding of trending technologies and job roles.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
