About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management within the Cards & Payments domain.

This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative payment solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of key financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into clear functional solutions.

Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify business opportunities and system enhancements.

Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring business needs are met.

Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Stay updated with industry trends, payment schemes, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

10–14 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Card Payments domain.

Strong understanding of Cards (Credit / Debit / Prepaid) and Payment Systems (Switching, Authorization, Settlement, Disputes).

Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
