Position : Cluster Head

Experience : 5 Years

Key Responsibility :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by enrolling new partners (Brokers)
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Build, lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals
• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members
• Achieve revenue targets through a combination of new business development and existing client growth
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
• Adjust business strategies as needed to optimize revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
