As a Support Service Program Consultant at Iron Systems, you will be responsible for managing vendors and their related services for our US and international customers.
You'll take the lead on planning and coordinating vendor contract renewals and performance management.
Additionally, you'll provide timely reports to management on daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly performance figures.
Job Responsibilities
- Vendor Selection :
- Sourcing of Local, Regional & Global Vendors for 3PS Services in Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Preparing detailed Cost Analysis of Vendor Quotes and doing comparatives.
- Setup primary and Secondary Vendors per IT Asset product SKU and IT staffing & professional service SKU .
- Vendors Contracts :
- Vendor Contract Renewal Management .
- Vendor Onboarding & Contract Management :
- NDA Agreements Management .
- Commercial Agreements Management .
- Contract Management and negotiation of agreements such as MSA, SOWs & similar legal & subcontracting agreements.
- Product & Service Catalog Management :
- Product (Hardware or Software (IT Assets) as SKU) & Service (GFS / 3PS, GFS / 3PL, GTS / 3PS as SKU) Vendor Price Catalog Management .
- Product (Hardware or Software (IT Assets) as SKU) & Service (GFS / 3PS, GFS / 3PL, GTS / 3PS as SKU) IRON Sales Price Catalog Management .
- Vendor Performance Management :
- Vendor Survey .
- Vendor KPI Reporting .
- Vendor Service Dispatching :
- Dispatch Field Engineers at site location.
- Coordinate with vendors to source the best FSE / FTE .
- Management Reporting :
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Performance Reports .
- Prepare specialized Spend Analysis, Costing, Pricing & Multi-Party Performance Reporting .
- Any other tasks / projects as assigned by Management.
- 2-4 years of Vendor Management IT domain experience required.
