About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with Agentforce expertise to design, develop, and optimize intelligent, AI-driven Salesforce solutions that enhance customer service, automate workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role demands a strong blend of Salesforce platform mastery, AI / ML integration experience, and advanced data engineering skills to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to leverage Agentforce AI, Service AI, and Salesforce platform capabilities for building next-gen service experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Core Salesforce Development :
- Develop, customize, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous Apex for large data volumes while adhering to Governor Limits and Salesforce security best practices.
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver high-performance, reusable UI components for Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud applications.
- Create and maintain integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Salesforce Connect.
Agentforce AI Implementation :
Implement Agentforce AI-Generated Search Answers, Service AI Grounding, Knowledge Creation, Service Replies, and Work Summaries to improve agent productivity and customer experience.Configure and optimize Service AI for contextual response generation and knowledge surfacing.Develop AI workflows using Prompt Builder, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and Einstein Trust Layer for secure and explainable AI outcomes.Data Management & Knowledge Engineering :
Design and implement Data Cloud integrations for unified customer profiles, segmentation, and AI-driven recommendations.Create and manage Unified Knowledge structures to centralize information access for customer-facing and back-office teams.Optimize large data handling with indexed queries, bulk API usage, and asynchronous batch processes.Quality, Security & Compliance :
Ensure all development adheres to Salesforce Security Guidelines, OWASP standards, and compliance requirements.Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and performance optimization before deployment.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect-free, production-ready code.Collaboration & Communication :
Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions using Agentforce AI capabilities.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support teams.Prepare and deliver technical documentation, solution diagrams, and training materials.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Salesforce Platform : Minimum 6 years hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Agentforce AI : Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI / ML solutions within Salesforce, including NLP, deep learning, and knowledge engineering.Programming Expertise : Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL / SOSL, and asynchronous Apex patterns.Integration Skills : Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and event-driven architectures.Data Skills : Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, data preparation, and visualization (Tableau CRM, Power BI, or equivalent).AI / ML Concepts : Understanding of machine learning pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG frameworks.Soft Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments.(ref : hirist.tech)
