Salesforce Developer - Apex / Visual Force

Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, and other platform tools.
• Collaborate with administrators, fellow developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Occasionally contribute to DevOps activities, including the maintenance and enhancement of CI / CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Engage in architectural discussions, environmental planning, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Research and evaluate emerging Salesforce features, DevOps tools, and automation strategies to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards across all environments.
