Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Specialist - Marketing to join our marketing team. In this role, you will focus on driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative, scalable marketing strategies. You'll leverage analytics, experimentation, and cross-channel campaigns to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. This position is ideal for a creative problem-solver with a passion for growth hacking and measurable results.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies, including user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Conduct A / B testing, multivariate experiments, and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, and design) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and launch integrated campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets, tracking ROI and KPIs such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and retention rates.
- Create and refine content strategies to support lead generation, including blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging tools / technologies to stay ahead in growth marketing practices.
- Report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualification and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.Proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-driven campaigns and experiments.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Experience with A / B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly.Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing.Knowledge of advanced analytics or machine learning for marketing optimization.Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or digital marketing.Skills Required
