In 1991, Carborundum Universal Ltd (CUMI), 5.3 billion USD Billion Murugappa Group Company ( www.murugappa.com ) acquired the Khatau’s stake in the business. Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources – MBA (HR), MSW, or equivalent.

• High emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills.
