Role : Sales Trainee
As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales and reservations team in driving bookings, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a high-quality client experience. You will get hands-on exposure to luxury travel sales, CRM tools, lead generation strategies, and the fast-paced world of travel-tech.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers through online research, inbound queries, and CRM tools.
- Client Communication : Reach out to potential guests via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand their requirements and suggest suitable villa options.
- Sales Support : Support the sales team in managing the reservation process from inquiry to booking.
- CRM Management : Update and maintain customer information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to improve sales pitches.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and personalized experiences.
- Reporting : Assist in preparing daily / weekly sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
Qualification :
A student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Passionate about travel, luxury experiences, and hospitality.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable with client-facing communication and relationship-building.Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environmentPrior experience or internship in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.What You'll Gain :
