Job Title : Intern

Location : Navi Mumbai

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in uploading new vendors in the system as per procurement protocols
• Assist in raising & releasing Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders in coordination with the procurement team
• Help in drafting contracts and agreements with service providers under supervision
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely updates and documentation
• Participate in site visits and coordinate with on-ground teams to monitor project progress
• Maintain records of project activities, approvals, and correspondence
• Support in tracking project milestones and preparing regular update reports
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines during implementation
• Take part in team meetings, vendor discussions, and review calls
