Video Editor Intern

Job descriptionProficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Basic knowledge of sound editing and color correction. Understanding of aspect ratios and formatting for different platforms (e.g., 9 : 16, 1 : 1, 16 : 9). Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and pacing. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Prior experience with podcast editing or social media videos is a plus. Real-world experience editing content for a reputed brand. Exposure to the full content production cycle from raw footage to final publishing. Opportunity to build a portfolio of professional video content. Mentorship from experienced professionals in content, marketing, and design. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role. Stipend to be decided based on the candidate's experience and portfolio.

Role Overview :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing podcast episodes and transforming them into engaging short-form content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram Reels. You will also assist in editing the company's corporate videos to ensure they reflect our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Edit full-length podcast episodes for publishing on major platforms.
- Create short clips and highlight reels from podcast content for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram Reels.
- Add captions, graphics, intros / outros, and branding elements to all videos.
- Ensure timely delivery of all video assets.
