About the role

We’re building a high-discipline, tech-enabled operations backbone across our restaurants, café, hotels, and software teams. You’ll be the hub that keeps recruiting, daily checklists, vendor follow-ups, and documentation moving—using tools like Google Sheets, Drive, Trello, and WhatsApp Business . What you’ll run

• Recruiting : Source, screen, and close FOH / BOH / outlet roles; maintain a pipeline and daily call / follow-up log.
• Ops backbone : Vendor coordination, store readiness checklists, inventory handovers, and basic office admin.
• Tooling : Build simple trackers / dashboards (filters, data validation, status tags); keep docs tidy and current.
• On-ground execution : Coordinated runs for paperwork, supplies, and store tasks as needed.
• Reporting : Daily status, blockers, SLAs; escalate early and clearly.
