Operations & Recruiting Coordinator (Hospitality) — Tech-First

About the role
We’re building a high-discipline, tech-enabled operations backbone across our restaurants, café, hotels, and software teams. You’ll be the hub that keeps recruiting, daily checklists, vendor follow-ups, and documentation moving—using tools like Google Sheets, Drive, Trello, and WhatsApp Business . What you’ll run
- Recruiting : Source, screen, and close FOH / BOH / outlet roles; maintain a pipeline and daily call / follow-up log.
- Ops backbone : Vendor coordination, store readiness checklists, inventory handovers, and basic office admin.
- Tooling : Build simple trackers / dashboards (filters, data validation, status tags); keep docs tidy and current.
- On-ground execution : Coordinated runs for paperwork, supplies, and store tasks as needed.
- Reporting : Daily status, blockers, SLAs; escalate early and clearly.
You’ll thrive here if you have
0–4 years experience recruiting for restaurants / cafés / hotels / QSR (must-have).Evidence of structured processes : trackers, checklists, follow-up cadences.Comfort with Google Sheets / Drive / Trello (or similar) and learning new tools fast.Strong communication, persistence, and on-ground discipline.Bengaluru presence or willingness to relocate quickly.
