Full Stack Lead Developer (AI Solutions)

Overview :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications and systems, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions. They will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining testable, scalable, and high-performance code across both frontend and backend services. The candidate should have experience in building cloud-based applications, integrating AI / ML models, and working with modern web technologies and distributed systems.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain quality software applications and scalable web solutions.
• Analyze, design, and implement highly testable code and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and bottlenecks.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and AI models into applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and AI inference efficiency.
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets and other event-driven architectures.
• Work on distributed systems involving message queues such as Kafka or Redis and manage cloud-based infrastructure.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, including NLP models, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation systems.
