Content Creator – Fashion E-commerce

Location : Gurgaon, India (On-site / Hybrid)

Experience : Minimum 3–4 years (brand-side only, no agency)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a highly independent Content Creator with a strong background in fashion e-commerce .

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with a founder-led small business, take full ownership of creative execution, and be deeply involved in shaping the brand’s visual identity.

If you love taking ideas from concept to creation- shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality content that tells a story, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Independently ideate, plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for social media and performance marketing

Develop creative concepts and execute campaigns that tell a strong visual story

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, aesthetic, and storytelling goals

Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats relevant to fashion and lifestyle audiences

Organize and maintain content libraries and ensure timely delivery for all launches

Work closely with the founder for alignment on creative direction but execute with full autonomy

Requirements :

3–4 years of hands-on content creation experience in a fashion or lifestyle e-commerce brand (no agency backgrounds)

Proven ability to work independently and take projects from concept to completion

Strong photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)

Excellent sense of styling, composition, and attention to detail

Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics, storytelling, and consumer engagement

Experience working in or with a  small business  or startup is preferred, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-hat environment
