Role Overview

As an Ecommerce Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online operations across marketplaces. You will work closely with platform POCs, monitor performance metrics, daily ads operations and contribute to strategic discussions around growth and product launches. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to contribute to a fast-growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operational functioning across all ecommerce marketplaces.
• Communicate and coordinate proactively with marketplace POCs.
• Monitor key performance metrics daily (returns, fulfilment rates, delays, etc.).
• Track daily ad performance and report insights to the Performance Marketing Manager.
• Actively support onboarding and setup on new ecommerce platforms.
• Contribute to discussions related to brand growth, strategy, and upcoming product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
