Job descriptionBuild and manage active online communities across multiple platforms Partnership with existing parenting communities : Work with BabyChakra, Momspresso, The Baby Destination, and regional Facebook groups for cross-posting donation stories. Manage tie-ups for guest blogs, reels etc Develop organic, content-led strategies posts, videos, carousels, regional content Engage directly with HCPs, influencers, and niche audiences to enhance credibility Oversee website content updates for accuracy and SEO alignment Collaborate with developers and designers for UX and content improvements Measure digital performance across social and web platforms Use analytics tools to refine content, community, and SEO strategies Experience in organic marketing, community management, SEO and in email or Whatsapp campaigns Prior experience in either B2B or B2C Hands-on use of LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Indian-first platforms (ShareChat, Moj etc) Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools Strong ability to create engaging, multi-format content Analytical and creative approach to digital engagement Marketers focused only on paid ads or short-term results Candidates limited to FB / Instagram Individuals who have managed agencies rather than individual tasks
