What you’ll achieve

In your role as a Technical Content Engineer your main responsibility is to collaborate with technical content illustrators, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create technical information for Dell Technologies product lines.

You will :

• Work independently to develop accurate , concise, high-quality content that enhances Dell products.
• Participate in the development lifecycle processes to identify content requirements, formulate milestones, develop content, validate quality, and release deliverables according to the program objectives .
• Create, approve, and maintain project schedules based on product features, requirements, and timelines.
• Represent the Content Engineering and Translation ( CE&T ) team in cross-functional meetings, product requirement deliberations, content strategy discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• P articipate in initiatives to leverage new technologies and processes to improve content development and the customer experience.
