Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)

Good to have skills : AWS Architecture, Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Summary : As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and client expectations, while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Evaluate and implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills : Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and project management tools. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
