You will lead a team of 3–4 junior engineers, translating complex application-level requirements into robust, scalable software architectures. Your work will directly support systems such as Electronic Warfare (EW) receivers, radar displays, and RF emitter detection and classification platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture & DesignTranslate application-level requirements into detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)Architect full-stack software systems for defense-grade applicationsDefine software interfaces with hardware subsystems including RF receivers, FPGAs, and signal processorsTeam LeadershipGuide and mentor a team of junior developers through the full software development lifecycleConduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure timely delivery of milestonesImplementation & IntegrationOversee development of front-end and back-end componentsEnsure seamless integration with hardware systems and real-time data pipelinesCollaborate with hardware engineers to align software behavior with system-level performance goalsQuality & Compliance : Ensure software meets MIL-grade reliability, security, and performance standardsDocument architecture, design decisions, and test protocolsRequired QualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree in relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of industrial experience in full-system software design (not limited to module-level work)Proven experience in drafting Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and system-level architectureStrong proficiency in front-end and back-end development, preferably in C++, Python, JavaScript, or similarUnderstanding of hardware systems such as RF transceivers, FPGAs, and DSPsExperience with real-time systems, signal processing, or embedded software is highly desirableFamiliarity with defense standards, secure coding practices, and MIL-STD compliance is a plusKindly share your resume to
