Job descriptionResponsible for the installation, training and getting the final Maintenance of the installed instrument’s. Maintain the demo equipment. Providing customer phone and e-mail support. Training customers on software and hardware of instrument. Promoting service replacement parts, service contracts. Responsible for getting the installations tools. Monitoring the preparation quotations for service issue when To prepare quotations for parts and service contract. Provide all the necessary information to the service coordinator Salary : ₹. Between 60K to 70K per month.
