Finance Controller

We are looking for a tenured Finance Personnel (AGM) to join our finance leadership team in Noida . Responsible for managing core finance operations, including accounting, audits, and governance, ensuring seamless, accurate, and compliant processes. Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience. This is for a Technology Global MNC company and reporting directly to the CFO.

Key responsibilities :

General Accounting & Month-End Closing

• Oversee general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of revenue, expenses, accruals, and payroll.
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes per Indian GAAP and global standards.
• Reconcile sub-ledgers, intercompany balances, and financial schedules;

manage fixed assets andinventory accounting.

Accounts Payable (AP)

Audit Supervision

Financial Analysis & Reporting

support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Process Improvement Projects

support M&A, entity structuring, and compliance initiatives.
