- Work with Business to understand the requirement and check the available business process in Workday and suggest the suitable options.
- Should be able to make required changes in across the Workday Landscape (Dev to Prd Tenants)
- Managing delivery expectations and timely response in all engagements.
- Acting as the go-to-person for the service transition expertise in the region.
- Managing third party delivery in support of Service readiness activities and OAC compliance.
- To support, manage and estimate change and / or support services.
- To Assess Functional Specs and to provide an impact assessment.
- To ensure and estimate the cost and effort involved in providing change and support.
- Assist with the development of fit for purpose system enhancements and solutions in conjunction with UK based support teams
- To manage incidents and problems through to resolution and apply UK based processes for changes.
- Follow appropriate processes and standards as defined by UK based support team.
