Job description

About the role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Personnel to oversee International / Domestic sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence globally.

Role Title : Sales Manager

Experience : 5yr+

Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Note :

Candidate must have ERP - Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion in domestic / international markets.

2. Provide leadership and guidance to the international sales team, setting clear goals and targets, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.

3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth in target regions.

4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel development, to expand the company's market reach and revenue streams.

6. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports to assess progress towards targets and inform strategic decision-making.

7. Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while safeguarding the company's interests and profitability.

8. Mentor, coach, and develop sales team members, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.

9. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the technology or marketing industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting tools. Flexibility to travel domestic / internationally as required.
