Missions / Main Duties :

As a JLS - Trainer, you will be responsible for :

• Identifying Training Needs : Assessing employee skills and knowledge gaps to pinpoint the specific types of training required.
• Designing Training Programs : Creating customized training programs that effectively meet the unique needs of the organization and its employees.
• Delivering Training Sessions : Leading engaging classroom-based or online training sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to enhance participant learning.
• Evaluating Training Effectiveness : Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs on employee performance and overall business outcomes.
• Staying Current with Industry Developments : Keeping informed of new trends and developments in the training field to ensure the organization's training programs remain relevant and effective.
