Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, based in New Delhi. The Production Manager will oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, on time, and meet quality standards. Daily tasks will include coordinating with suppliers, managing the production team, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Production Manager will also be responsible for optimizing production processes and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and overseeing production processes
• Skills in coordinating with suppliers and managing production schedules
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
• Ability to manage and lead a production team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
