Production Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire footwear manufacturing process, from raw material to finished product.
• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor workflow, optimize production efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
• Manage, train, and supervise production supervisors and operators.
• Coordinate with quality, merchandising, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing practices, and cost-control measures.
• Maintain production reports, track performance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
