Role Overview

The Associate Vice president – Digital Media Investments & Brand Marketing will lead strategic digital buying, media planning, and brand marketing initiatives for key clients across multiple sectors. The role requires a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in digital media strategy, programmatic advertising, and client relationship management. The position focuses on driving ROI, innovation, and business growth through data-driven media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digital investment strategy, planning, and buying across performance and brand campaigns.

Manage vendor negotiations, media budgets, and ensure delivery of client savings and efficiency goals.

Oversee digital campaigns and performance analytics to optimize ROI and business outcomes.

Build and maintain senior client relationships; lead national and global media pitches.

Mentor and manage a team of media professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Drive new business development, revenue growth, and integrated marketing partnerships.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in Digital Media Buying, Programmatic Trading, and Brand Strategy

Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills

Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, data analytics, and consumer behavior

Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Datorama

Qualifications & Experience

Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in digital media investments, brand marketing, or media agency leadership roles.

Proven track record in managing multi-crore media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
