The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in software development, a deep understanding of end-to-end engineering lifecycles, and a proven track record of managing teams to execute projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
- Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle - from architecture, design, and development to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Oversee project management activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and performance tracking using tools like JIRA.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery through reviews, CI / CD, and engineering best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical or process bottleneck s to improve team velocity and execution speed.
- Contribute to hiring, training, and performance evaluations within the engineering function. What We’re Looking For :
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience (Python, Node.Js, or similar backend stacks preferred).
- 1+ year of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from design to production.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ClickUp.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with managerial oversight. Good to Have
- Experience with FastAPI, React, or Kubernetes environments.
- Exposure to AI / ML systems or data-driven products.
