Trainer Success & Onboarding Specialist (AI Performance Coach Ecosystem)

We are the world’s largest AI-powered Performance Coach network.

Your role is to onboard trainers across India and globally, show them how JobReady Practice Labs work, activate them, get them to create labs, and help them start earning with us. You will run demos, community calls, onboarding sessions and hand-hold trainers into revenue within 7 days.

This is NOT just an admin onboarding. This is activating a compounding engine of trainer led GTM. Prior experience in L&D / training ecosystem preferred.
