We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost Price & Sourcing Plan Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and optimizing purchasing processes to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost price strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Analyze pricing data and trends to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance with agreements.
- Prepare detailed reports on sourcing activities, cost analysis, and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.5-9 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or cost management roles.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Familiarity with supply chain management software and ERP systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.Knowledge of market trends and sourcing best practices.Skills Required
