Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Planning & Costing Engineer. The role involves overseeing project planning, production planning, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, managing project timelines, and implementing project control measures. The Planning & Costing Engineer will coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are executed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Planning and Production Planning

Proficiency in Project Control and Analytical skills

Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration

Ability to analyze and manage project costs effectively

Relevant educational background in engineering or related field

Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred

Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
