Key Responsibilities :
Handle full recruitment lifecycle : job posting, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding for IT and Non-IT roles.
Source candidates via headhunting, job portals, and referrals.
Process payroll accurately, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, maintain attendance and leave records, and resolve payroll-related queries.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Manage employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate on brainstorming recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
